Personal Training
In-person training: No idea what you are doing in a gym? Need accountability? Our in-person programs include 50 minute sessions 1x, 2x or 3x a week. The program is complete with monthly measurement, weekly check-ins via email, workout plan for when you are not with a trainer, macros, and cardio zone to maximize your results. We make sure we have many points of contact with our clients to make sure they succeed in whatever fitness goal they have set for themselves.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire so that we can better serve you and help you reach your goals. Here at Renovation Training, we purpose to destroy bad habits, conquer any fears and doubts, and rebuild the person you want to become. We do expect all of our clients to be completely dedicated and trust the process, so be sure you are 100% ready for a change!
Below is a series of questions about you and your history that will help us to create the appropriate program for you to reach your goals. Please complete all the questions as accurately as possible to see the best results. We will also need you to attach current photos of yourself standing from the front side and back in a place with good lighting, preferably wearing shorts for men and either a swim suit or sports bra and shorts for women. If you do not feel comfortable wearing that attire, please wear the tightest fitting clothes that you can so we can get the most accurate assessment of your body shape. Finally, we would like you to log your daily food intake for a 3 day period. You can either hand write your log or use a food tracking app. Again, please log everything you intake so that we can create an appropriate meal plan.
